It is difficult to tell a reborn doll from a real baby after a reborn artist has finished with the painting process. All the tiny veins and blotches that you would expect to see on a real baby are evident on a reborn doll.

these dolls sell into the thousands of dollars and are bought by doll collectors and also parents that have lost a child and find the reborn doll a sensitive way to cope with their pain.

We have developed a new product to help reborn artists start on the way to success in business. Our new ebook, Reborn Dolls For Fun and Profit, goes into the reborn process in depth and with the extra bonus book we have attached, you can learn all you need to start selling your dolls in this market and make the profits to be able to stop your day job and also live a life doing what you love.

Getting Finance when Buying A Car

Whatever type of loan you may need to purchase your new vehicle you will need documentation such as:

             Your driving history

             Financial history

             List of assets and liabilities

Paperwork for the vehicle you are trading in

Proof of insurance on the current vehicle

             Your driver’s license

             Proof of income

             Your credit score

Being prepared to sit down and deal will show any car salesperson you are serious. It will also make the loan application process and approval a lot more stress free if you are prepared before you even visit your first car dealer.

Financing a Car

Have you thought about the finance you will need for a new car? What is the best finance for you and where will you get it?

Financing your new car is critical to the process of buying a car. You need to be able to pay for your car in the long term.  Here are a few tips on getting finance for your car.

Car dealerships will want to know all about you when you get to the negotiating table. If you have all the relevant information with you then you are likely to be in a better negotiating position and get a better deal. Having all your relevant paperwork on hand really does make sense – it takes the stress of negotiating a deal with the salesman and getting that loan to complete the purchase.

Buying a Car

Buying a new car is the second biggest decision you are likely to make after buying your home.

Whatever you do – do not buy the first car you look at. Narrow your preferences down to just a few and test drive them all. Go to different dealerships to assess which car is going to be the best one for you, and which one you like the best. This is quite interesting as often people can be adamant about what vehicle they want to buy but when they drive it can change their minds as it may not feel right on the road.

Global Warming – How to Help the Environment

Global warming is the greatest threat to our beautiful planet we have ever faced. Nobody can deny that weather patterns are changing. I am sitting in front of my computer in my wooliest jumper and it is only April, the middle of autumn, here in Australia. This is not normal and it is really sad that we can no longer predict the weather as we once could. I remember as a child having long hot summer days and a thunder storm at the end of them because of the wind patterns. We were taught this in school, every child knew how those 'southerly busters' happened. But they very rarely happen anymore, poor teachers must be out of their depth now days trying to teach weather patterns.

We can all do something about the environmental issues that face us, we believe this to be a real threat and do all we can to give the environment a break. that is why we sell digitally downloadable products instead of paper products. We believe it is time to move forward and embrace the more environmentally friendly options available.

What do you need your new car to do in your life?

·         Do you have a family and need a people mover?

Do you want a heater, electric windows, power steering and ABS brakes?

How much do you want to spend?

How are you going to pay for the vehicle?

Have the Life You Want

May the road rise up to meet you, May the wind be always at your back, May the sun shine warmly upon your face, The rains soft upon your fields, And until we meet again, May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

This Irish poem is something I refer to often when feeling a bit down. It is a simple but moving message of hope and love. Sometimes we need a little help in out lives to see the good things – especially in this current economic climate.

Wake up every morning feeling grateful for being alive and you can change your perceptions of the world. Go for a walk in the park, ring a friend a day, make a plan for the weekend and buy yourself a coffee at your favourite cafe. Most of all, enjoy each day and know that you can have the life you want.

You Can Get a Life – The One You Really Want – just make a simple start.

Feng Shui Can Transform Your Life

A few weeks ago I went to a fascinating talk on Feng Shui in Singapore at the Asian Civilizations Museum (well worth a visit if you are in Singapore). It was delivered by one of the world's experts on the subject, Dr Evelyn Lip who has written a series of books on how to apply the principles of Feng Shui to every aspect of life. You have probably heard of Feng Shui in many different contexts. Most often, Feng Shui is mentioned as a way to move your furniture around in order to achieve a sort of harmonious balance within the home. Although the placement of your furniture is indeed a major aspect of making your home and other places more Feng Shui friendly, there is a lot more to this ancient practice. Feng Shui is something that has been around for a very long time and is based around the harmony of the five elements: earth, gold, fire, water and wood. The words Feng Shui is thought to have originated from village life where wind (Feng) and water (Shui) were the two elements that could impact the lives of the farmers. As with many ancient practices, Feng Shui has experienced a rebirth within Western civilization as people continue to search for ways to strike a harmonious balance within their lives. Feng Shui is multifaceted and at times can be quite complex, but if you simply want to know the basics behind Feng Shui so that you can give it a try within your own home then it isn’t too terribly difficult to start.

Is Marriage All About Venus and Mars?

Marriage is a partnership and like any partnership it can get rocky.
One of the best descriptions of the differences between men and women is 'Venus and Mars'! The differences become more acute in times of stress, especially financial stress. Money, or lack of it, brings many negative emotions to the surface.

When you are trying to resolve a problem, remember these differences between men and women. We tend to communicate differently and our priorities may not be the same for dealing with the same problem. Men tend to want to solve a problem or give information. They can be quite concerned with details. Women are more concerned with connecting, getting the touchy feely stuff sorted out and getting information.

It seems really difficult to open the lines of communication when you are both stressed but when you "feel the fear and do it anyway", you feel so much better. You will strengthen the bonds between you and battle the world together.

For more information, have a look at 'The Art of Marriage', an eBook written by successful divorce/life coach, Nicola Baume.
