Yoga – Fitness and Feel Good!
I have finally finished the eBook on Yoga! I really enjoyed putting it together. As a woman moving into “middle age” (don’t you just “love” that term!), I was looking for an alternative to trudging off to the gym three times a week. It became a real drag and then I stopped going (while still paying the fees!).
Yoga For a Busy Life
When I discovered yoga I realized feeling fit didn’t have to be such hard work. My weekly sessions in a little park down by the harbour turned into yoga classes 2 and 3 times a week and it wasn’t long before I really started to feel the difference. I started to lose the middle age 'spare tyre' and really had a lot more energy.
For anyone who wants to take to take some of the stress out of thier life – yoga is a great way to feel the fitness of earlier years. And there’s no gym required!
